August 2023 Catch Report

Father & Son team Tim & Alfie had a great week fishing, this was their second visit and they did very well. Alfie caught the biggest cat (again) a massive 137lb and he also caught the biggest carp, a beautiful 44lb common. In total they landed 30 fish.

Carp

2 x 40lb+

12 x 30lb+

9 x 20lb+

Catfish:

x 7: 137lb, 77lb, 63lb, 51lb, 50lb, 41lb, 10lb.

Guests comments:

Our second trip to Bertie, and it was even better than last time. The lake is immaculate as is the house. We had loads of quality fish. We lost 4 or 5 massive cats, one literally 2 feet from the net!!
